Early morning air is clean & fresh and basically free from pollution which is the biggest problem of people living in cities and helps to build your immunity. stronger the immune system will be stronger will be the health. Immunity is something most important in human’s life. 3. EXERCISE:

4. SINGLE-TASKING:
          It is an opposite of multi-tasking. It is hard to achieve important things if you are constantly switching tasks and distracted by other “urgent” things. Single tasking is doing a single task at a time and it’s recommended by the most successful books author. It helps to put in concentration power in a single task and give our best of efforts in a single task. Dedication level and enthusiasm boost the power to grow. Single-tasking forces you to sustain your focus and work through complex problems. If you're always jumping from email to IM to the web and then back through your list of workplace distractions, then you're not taking the time to focus on problems that require persistent and complex thought.

Knowledge to look at it.knowledge empowers your confidence and also help to build a new frame of thinking towards life.
Everything that we think about our career, we can achieve it.Most of the people in the world are not failed because they don’t want to succeed but due to lack of knowledge, Success seems very difficult for them. It’s Knowledge that makes any task easy. just to have wishful thought to do something can only force You to initiate but not to win. To win, you must learn how to win.

If someone wants to swim, can he swim if he doesn’t know how to swim? If he hasn’t
Learned the way of swimming and he gets into the water, he will surely die.

the knowledge that "Shrimad Bhagwat Gita" gives: “ Do your Karma and don’t expect results.” Results are bound to come if your action has the motive to serve with honesty.
Success and knowledge cannot be apart from each other. So if you are trying but not
getting the success, then try again but not the same way. Just stop and Think what you are
Lacking, and It's everytime better to have a backup plan in your life.
Talk to yourself; ask why you are not being able to do what you want to do. Your soul
Will reply to all these queries and believe me, you will feel a sound in your heart that
Will make you sure you are born to win.but for these also you should learn to take a pause and ask a question to yourself And that’s will help you succeed.
God never wants you to fail but he does so because he wants you to become more
Knowledgeable. He loves you the most and you should also love him the most. Then
there will be no problems in life.
What we think, believe and imagine about ourselves determine exactly our personality
And security with which we cope with Life. All thoughts we retain in our minds
Influence our personality and motives. The more we hold them, the stronger they
become and the more they control our actions. Thought of insecurity, uncertainty,
